NAMI Family-to-Family is an educational course for family, caregivers and friends of adult individuals living with mental illness.

What You Should Expect:

Meets for 12 sessions, 2.5 hours each, free to participant.

Designed for family members and caregivers of adults of individuals living with mental illness.

Taught by trained family members of individuals living with mental illness.

Incorporates presentations, discussion and exercises.

Designated and  Evidence Based Practice in 2013 by SAMHSA.

De Familia a Familia puede ayudarle a encontrar respuestas a estas y a otras preguntas. De Familia a Familia es un programa de educación para familiares y amigos de personas que tienen enfermedades mentales severas. Este programa se concentra especialmente en la esquizofrenia, el trastorno bipolar (maníaco depresión), la depresión severa, trastorno obsesivo compulsivo y el pánico.

NAMI Basics is an educational program for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents (under 18 years old) living with mental illnesses. It covers the fundamentals of caring for yourself, for your family and for your child.

Meets for six sessions, 2.5 hours each, free to participant.

Designed for parents and other family caregivers of children and adolescents living with mental illness.

Taught by a team of trained teachers who are family caregivers of individuals who developed symptoms of mental illness as children

Provides critical information and strategies related to caregiving.

Incorporates presentations, discussion and interactive exercises.
